Four-channel deep-learning development

Deep learning and project authoring are combined in the standard VisionMaster 7200 licence for up to 4 camera channels. The development environment is included, so the same licensed workstation can create, edit, and execute the solution. Activation can be carried on a USB dongle or locked in software to the PC without changing the 7200 functional level.

Choose this edition for an inspection cell using trained-model capability whose acquisition plan remains within 4 channels. The authoring environment supports configuration changes at the engineering station instead of limiting it to a prepared runtime release. Its fixed channel count creates a clear scale limit, while the explicit deep-learning entry differentiates it from classical 6200-level development licences.

iMVS-VMINTL-7200-PRO/STD removes the 4-channel limit and retains both development and deep learning. iMVS-VMINTL-7200-RUN/STD preserves the 4-channel deep-learning scope but is runtime only, with no authoring environment. iMVS-VMINTL-6200/STD also includes development for 4 channels yet explicitly omits deep learning, making it the neighbouring classical selection.

Overview

VisionMaster is the Hikrobot machine vision environment. A solution is assembled from ready-made operators: acquisition, pattern matching, measurement, code reading, defect detection, logic and PLC communication. It runs on an ordinary industrial PC and drives Hikrobot cameras without coding.

Level 7200 covers the full toolset including deep learning: trainable models for defects, classification and recognition where a classic algorithm falls short.

The base edition works with four cameras.

Supplied in two forms: a USB hardware key (part number iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD) or a software licence tied to a specific PC (part number iMVS-VMSINTL-7200/VM). The key can be moved between machines; the software licence must be migrated before replacing the PC or reinstalling the OS.

Selection and applications

Develop deep-learning inspections for 4 channels. Edit trained-model project workflows. Execute 7200-level solutions on one PC.

Minimum kit: Configure the development PC with a VisionMaster 7200 USB dongle or PC-locked software licence, plus the cameras, lenses, interface cables, and specified power hardware for the 4-channel system.

Nearby in the range: iMVS-VMINTL-7200-PRO/STD — Prefer it when deep-learning development requires more than 4 camera channels.; iMVS-VMINTL-7200-RUN/STD — Prefer it when a 4-channel deep-learning station only executes prepared work.; iMVS-VMINTL-6200/STD — Prefer it for 4-channel development without deep learning..

FAQ

What channel limit applies to iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD?

The licence provides 4 camera channels. A deep-learning project that stays within this count can be developed and run under the standard edition. For additional channels, iMVS-VMINTL-7200-PRO/STD retains development and deep learning with an unlimited count.

Are both deep learning and project editing included at this level?

Yes. Deep learning is included and the development-environment entry is also yes. This combination distinguishes the product from iMVS-VMINTL-7200-RUN/STD, which still executes deep-learning solutions on 4 channels but is runtime only.

How is the standard VisionMaster 7200 licence activated?

The available forms are a USB dongle or a PC-locked software licence. Both grant the 7200 level with 4 camera channels, deep learning, and an included development environment. The decision concerns physical versus computer-bound activation, not tool scope.

When should a 7200 RUN licence replace the development edition?

Use iMVS-VMINTL-7200-RUN/STD when the target station only needs to execute a completed 4-channel deep-learning project. Its channel and deep-learning entries match, but it omits the development environment that this standard 7200 licence provides.

What is the decisive difference between standard 7200 and 6200?

Both standard licences support 4 camera channels and include their development environments. Deep learning separates them: iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD includes it, while iMVS-VMINTL-6200/STD records no deep learning and occupies the classical 6200 level.
