Everyone's first question is the same, so here's the answer up front: the deal gets registered, and you receive written confirmation of your opportunity protection with its effective date. Protection runs for 6 months and renews while the project shows activity. The conflict rule is on this page, below. Then the working part: partner terms, product selection and BOM development from your specification, loaner demo equipment, proposal support. Supply comes straight from the factory.

"We don't poach clients," says everyone — so instead of assurances, here is the procedure itself, step by step:
your company plus the industry and the gist of the task. You can hold back the end client's name for the first conversation — it's required only to confirm the protection itself.

we'll send the template for review in the first reply.
If a client comes to us directly, we check the deal-registration record. A protected opportunity is routed through the registered partner, per the partner terms.
Here's the standard partner framework. Specific numbers depend on volume and partner status — they're fixed at deal registration.
Base terms go out within one business day; the bill of materials — after your specification or a call.
for a pilot at your client's site — subject to availability and a written loan agreement covering the period, freight, customs and return.
calculations, technical justification, an engineer joining your customer presentation — with your team leading the relationship.
The logic is open: the tier is set by volume over a period and partner status, and the discount grows with the tier. Your first project already gets partner pricing; exact percentages — at registration.

Serialization, aggregation, visual inspection and the warehouse lived in separate systems. At every handoff the data had to be reconciled by hand, and during investigations batches "got lost" between areas.
One end-to-end loop: readers and cameras on the line, data feeds into the ERP and warehouse system, robots on the transfers. The code is printed, read, aggregated and traced down to the warehouse cell — with no manual bridges between systems.
The batch is traceable straight through production and warehouse. One contractor owns the code’s complete path — nothing left for vendors to argue about.
| Task | serialization + aggregation + warehouse in one loop |
|---|---|
| Integration | ERP, warehouse system, the RSD track & trace system |
| Setup | readers, cameras, controllers, integration, mobile robots |
| Budget | from SAR 58,125 |

Food production

A ready-meal tray is only as reliable as its seal. A few millimeters of film skew, or an edge that isn't fully pressed, and the meal loses its seal inside the shipping case. And it's rarely your inspector who finds it — it's the retail chain, and what comes back isn't one tray, it's the whole batch. Eyes are a poor tool here: the tray rim reflects light, and hundreds of trays pass the operator every shift.
A smart camera with a ring light over the sealing section. We tuned the light so the glare started working for us: a good seal reads in the frame as one continuous line, while a skew or an incomplete press breaks that line — and the camera sees it instantly. Special attention goes to the tray edges, where the film shifts most often.
The camera catches over 98% of defective trays — a figure from commissioning on a real line, not a promise from a catalog. Rejects are pulled before case packing, and unsealed meals stopped traveling to stores. The operator no longer stares at every tray — they respond when the system calls.
| Task | film skew and under-pressed tray edge |
|---|---|
| Environment | wet zone of a food plant, production line speed |
| Setup | smart camera, lens, ring light, operator screen |
| Reaction | operator alert before case packing |
| Budget | from SAR 9,750 (entry-level station) |

Three checks converged at one bottling point: does the serialized code read, is the label straight, is the bottle filled. All of it — on glaring glass at high speed.
One inspection station: a camera with a polarizing filter that kills the glass glare, plus a code reader. All three checks in a single pass of the bottle.
Over 99% of underfills are caught before packing; the code and the label are checked along the way. One station — instead of three separate budgets.
| Task | serialized code + label + fill level at one point |
|---|---|
| Environment | glass, glare, wet zone |
| Setup | monochrome camera, polarizing filter, reader, line link |
| Budget | from SAR 25,500 |

A parcel flow heading into the sorter: if a code doesn't read, the parcel goes the wrong way. That means a return, rehandling, and missed service levels the warehouse pays for.
A fixed code-reading station upstream of the sorter: readers in a protective cabinet, each read result feeding straight into the sorter controls.
Routing errors dropped noticeably — parcels go where they should, on the first pass.
| Task | reading codes on the flow before sorting |
|---|---|
| Setup | readers, control cabinet, sorter signal |
| Budget | from SAR 33,000 |
