High-resolution motion capture is the defining use of MV-ID5200PM. A 1.1-inch monochrome CMOS sensor records 5120 × 3968 with 2.5 µm pixels and a global shutter. Acquisition reaches 20 fps and decoding is rated at 36 codes/sec. Exposure can be set from 16 µs to 0.5 sec, and Gigabit Ethernet carries the resulting images and code data.

The format is suited to wide fields, small code elements or several labels where 20 fps provides the required acquisition cadence. Global exposure avoids the line-by-line geometry of a rolling sensor when exposure and trigger timing are matched to the motion. A C-mount lens defines working distance and coverage; external illumination is required because a light source is not included. Isolated I/O provides a hardware path for capture timing and decisions.

MV-ID5200M records a slightly wider 5440 × 3648 frame at the same 20 fps and 36 codes/sec, but it uses a rolling shutter. MV-ID5250PM retains the global shutter and 1.1-inch format, expands the image to a square 5120 × 5120 and runs at 15 fps with 45 codes/sec. Choose MV-ID5200PM for a 5120 × 3968 moving field; choose the square model for added vertical coverage.
