Deep learning and a 20-camera-channel allowance place iMVS-VM3D-Pro-7300 at the broadest acquisition level among these VM3D licences. The entitlement is supplied as a USB dongle. It fits 3D measurement systems that require both the 7300 processing level and a channel map larger than the standard 10-channel configuration.

A multi-camera measurement project can use this level when deep learning is part of the processing route and the acquisition architecture extends to 20 channels. The count should cover the entire planned camera map rather than a single station segment. The USB-dongle form sets the activation medium; channel capacity and deep-learning availability set the functional selection boundary.

iMVS-VM3D-7300 is the lower-capacity neighbour, combining deep learning with 10 channels, a perpetual term and the same USB-dongle form. iMVS-VM3D-7300/Licence Key retains that 10-channel 7300 level but uses a software licence. iMVS-VM3D-Pro-6300 matches this model's 20 channels and USB dongle while omitting deep learning.

Overview

VM3D is the Hikrobot 3D measurement environment. A solution is assembled from ready-made operators: point cloud acquisition, part locating, dimension, gap and flatness measurement, surface defect detection, plus the full 2D toolset — pattern matching, measurement, code reading, logic and PLC communication. It runs on an industrial PC with Hikrobot DP laser profilers and RGB-D cameras, and with any GigE Vision or USB3 Vision camera.

Level 7300 covers the same full toolset plus deep learning: trainable models where a classic algorithm falls short.

The Pro edition covers twenty camera channels. The vendor does not publish a separate Pro feature sheet — we confirm the scope when ordering.

Supplied as a USB hardware key: it works on whichever PC it is plugged into and can be moved between machines freely.

Requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, .NET 4.6.1, at least 8 GB RAM and a Gigabit NIC; deep learning additionally needs a GPU with 6 GB of video memory or more.
