Where the 1200 level fits

A 4-channel ceiling defines VisionMaster 1200 as a development licence for a bounded camera arrangement. The level excludes deep learning but includes the development environment, allowing projects to be built and run on the licensed PC. Activation is available as a USB dongle or as a software licence locked to the computer.

Use this edition when project development and operation remain within 4 camera channels. Development access supports changes on the licensed station, while the fixed channel allowance makes the deployment boundary explicit. Because deep learning is not included, the project must rely on functions available without that capability.

iMVS-VMINTL-1200-PRO/STD is the closest neighbour: it keeps the 1200 level, development environment, and absence of deep learning but removes the camera-channel limit. iMVS-VMINTL-2200/STD retains the 4-channel structure at the 2200 level. If deep learning is required within the same 4-channel format, iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD provides it together with development access.

Overview

VisionMaster is the Hikrobot machine vision environment. A solution is assembled from ready-made operators: acquisition, pattern matching, measurement, code reading, defect detection, logic and PLC communication. It runs on an ordinary industrial PC and drives Hikrobot cameras without coding.

Level 1200 covers recognition: code reading, OCR and classification, plus the basic acquisition, measurement, logic and communication operators.

The base edition works with four cameras.

Supplied in two forms: a USB hardware key (part number iMVS-VMINTL-1200/STD) or a software licence tied to a specific PC (part number iMVS-VMSINTL-1200/VM). The key can be moved between machines; the software licence must be migrated before replacing the PC or reinstalling the OS.

Selection and applications

Develop projects for up to 4 camera channels. Edit VisionMaster 1200 projects. Run projects without deep learning.

Minimum kit: Use the VisionMaster 1200 licence as a USB dongle or PC-locked software licence on the target PC, together with camera, lens, interface cable, and power components selected for the imaging station.

Nearby in the range: iMVS-VMINTL-1200-PRO/STD — Prefer it when the VisionMaster 1200 project must exceed 4 camera channels.; iMVS-VMINTL-2200/STD — Prefer it for a 4-channel development station at the VisionMaster 2200 level.; iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD — Prefer it when a 4-channel development licence must include deep learning..

FAQ

How many camera channels can VisionMaster 1200 operate under this licence?

The licence provides 4 camera channels. That makes the channel count a firm selection boundary for the inspection project: stations staying within 4 channels can use this edition, while iMVS-VMINTL-1200-PRO/STD records unlimited channels at the same VisionMaster 1200 level.

Is a development environment included with iMVS-VMINTL-1200/STD?

Yes. Development-environment access is included, so projects can be created and edited on the licensed PC rather than only executed there. This is a development-capable 1200 licence, not one of the runtime-only RUN editions listed at the 6200 and 7200 levels.

Can the 1200 licence execute a deep-learning inspection project?

Deep learning is not included at this licence level. VisionMaster 1200 provides 4 camera channels and an included development environment. iMVS-VMINTL-7200/STD is the 4-channel development alternative in this comparison that explicitly includes deep learning.

How can iMVS-VMINTL-1200/STD be bound to the inspection PC?

It can be supplied as a PC-locked software licence, binding activation to that computer. A USB dongle is the other stated form. Whichever form is selected, the licence remains VisionMaster 1200 with 4 camera channels, an included development environment, and no deep learning.

What changes when moving from 1200 to the 1200 PRO edition?

The recorded change is camera capacity: iMVS-VMINTL-1200/STD supports 4 channels, whereas iMVS-VMINTL-1200-PRO/STD has unlimited channels. Both are 1200-level development licences, both omit deep learning, and both allow USB-dongle or PC-locked activation.
