Gigabit reader role
Global-shutter 2048 × 1536 capture at 60 fps makes MV-ID5030M a Gigabit Ethernet reader for moving monochrome codes. The 1/2-inch CMOS sensor uses 2.5 µm pixels and an exposure range from 16 µs to 1 sec. Decoding reaches 90 codes/sec, while its 1000 Mbit/s link provides more transport capacity than the 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet connection on MV-ID3050PM.
The reader can be configured with C-mount optics or the listed 8 mm arrangement, letting the station choose between the two optical forms. Three opto-isolated inputs accept trigger or control events, three isolated outputs return status, and RS-232 provides a serial path. The 8 mm configuration is listed at 60 W at 24 VDC with its light source enabled and has a half-polarization front cap by default.
MV-ID5050M keeps the 90 codes/sec rate and global shutter but increases resolution to 2560 × 2048 while reducing acquisition to 40 fps. MV-ID5060M goes to 3072 × 2048 and 30 fps, but uses a rolling shutter. MV-ID5030M is the choice for the highest frame rate of these three; select either neighbour when additional spatial sampling outweighs its 60 fps advantage.
