Wired scanning tasks and variants
Wired 1D, 2D and stacked-code capture through USB 2.0 is the operating profile of MV-IDH2000. Its CMOS imaging head reads Code 39, Code 128, QR Code, Data Matrix, MicroQR, Aztec and PDF417 among the listed formats. Optical variants combine either a 3.1 mm focal length and orange LED aim or a 4.9 mm focal length and cross-laser aim, with USB HID/CDC, Serial and SmartSDK communication.
The 03SR/03WN/U variant reads a 13 mil EAN 13 or 10 mil Code 128 from 30 mm to 240 mm, while its 10 mil Data Matrix range is 40-130 mm. The 13NR/05WN/U option resolves 3 mil 1D and 4 mil 2D symbols and uses a narrower 39° × 29° view. LED, buzzer and vibration feedback suit manual verification where the operator may not watch a host display.
MV-IDH2000 is the cable-connected baseline among the handheld readers. MV-IDH2000B keeps similar 3.1 mm and 4.9 mm optical choices but adds Bluetooth BT 5.1, a 2700 mAh battery and a charging base. MV-IDH2000P is also wired, but standardizes on a 39° × 29° view and cross-laser aiming for 3 mil 1D and 4 mil 2D work. MV-IDH3000 adds Fast Ethernet and RS-232 options for networked stations.
Overview
An entry-level handheld reader: ordinary 1D and 2D codes on labels, boxes and documents, plus straightforward direct part marking. IP42, survives a 1.8 m drop — a warehouse and goods-in scanner rather than a shop-floor tool.
The configuration is set by three segments of the part number: sensor and range, lighting, interface. Tell us what you read and from what distance and we will match the part number.
