Wireless reading with selectable bases
A 1280 × 1024 CMOS imager, Bluetooth BT 5.0 and selectable smart bases define MV-IDH3000B. The handheld covers common 1D codes plus QR Code, Data Matrix, MicroQR, Aztec, GS1-DM, GS1-QR, Han Xin and PDF417. Its 40° × 34° view uses red LED illumination and cross-laser aiming, while the radio link reaches 100 m in open areas.
The 3150 mAh battery is rated for 13 h of interval scanning once every 2 seconds, supporting mobile identification across extended work areas. A network base offers Fast Ethernet at 100 Mbit/s, RS-232 and a DC terminal; a USB base offers USB 2.0, USB 3.0, RS-232 and a DC terminal. LED, buzzer and vibration feedback return the read result directly to the operator.
MV-IDH3000B adds wireless operation and a charging base to the network and USB choices of MV-IDH3000. MV-IDH2000B has an 80 m Bluetooth BT 5.1 range, a 2700 mAh battery and IP42 rather than the 100 m, 3150 mAh and IP52 figures here. MV-IDH7000B retains 100 m and 13 h operation but raises handheld protection to IP65 and the drop rating from 1.8 m to 2.0 m.
Overview
An industrial handheld reader: the same 1.3 MP sensor as the entry series, but with Ethernet and industrial protocols — the scanner sends the code straight to a PLC or SCADA rather than into a text box on a PC. IP52 and tumble tested.
Wireless edition: Bluetooth link; the US, LS and LES kits include a charging base.
