Where the larger panel fits

A 15.6-inch full-HD touch surface and a dense industrial port set shape the MV-VT3000 workstation. The integrated display presents 1920 × 1080 pixels and supports 10 touch points under Windows. Four GigE interfaces can serve networked vision equipment, while four USB 3.0 ports handle local high-speed peripherals. Four RS-232 channels, each switchable to RS-485 or RS-422, extend the connection options for machine devices.

The larger screen suits line-side setup, result review and multi-view operation where more display area is useful. Three digital-isolated inputs and eight opto-isolated outputs can exchange control and result states with the machine. A separate HDMI interface provides another 1920 × 1080 display path. The enclosure measures 390 × 240 × 65.8 mm and weighs approximately 4.8 kg, figures that define the mounting space and support requirements.

Against VT2000 and MV-VT2000-128G40-NN, MV-VT3000 increases the built-in display from 10.1 inches at 1280 × 800 to 15.6 inches at 1920 × 1080. It also supplies four USB 3.0 ports rather than two USB 3.0 plus two USB 2.0 ports, and four serial ports rather than two. The VT2000 alternatives fit a smaller panel space and list 30 W typical use; select MV-VT3000 when screen area and the expanded current-generation port set take priority.

Overview

A machine vision panel PC: controller and 15.6″ Full HD touch screen in one housing. It mounts right at the operator station — solution setup, start-up and reject review happen on the spot, with no separate monitor and no box in the cabinet.

Four Gigabit camera ports, four serial ports and 11 I/O channels. The T-suffix processors run from the Celeron G4900T to the Core i7-8700T: pick by algorithm load, the port layout is the same across configurations.

Selection and applications

Full-HD line-side visualization. Four-link GigE system control. Multi-port serial integration.

Minimum kit: A working MV-VT3000 station requires the panel PC, GigE or USB 3.0 cables for attached devices, a 24 V DC supply and an HDMI cable only when a second display is fitted.

Nearby in the range: MV-VT2000-128G40-NN — Prefer it for a 10.1-inch panel with 30 W typical consumption.; VT2000 — Use it where a 1280 × 800 touch surface and mixed USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports are sufficient..

FAQ

How many vision-network connections are available on MV-VT3000?

The panel PC provides four GigE interfaces. It also has four USB 3.0 ports for local peripherals and four RS-232 ports that can switch to RS-485 or RS-422, allowing the station to combine network, USB and serial connections.

What can the integrated MV-VT3000 touch display present?

Its built-in display is 15.6 inches with a 1920 × 1080 pixel format and listed brightness of 500 cd/m2. Under Windows, the touch screen supports 10 points, giving the operator a full-HD control surface without a separate input device.

Which discrete I/O is built into the MV-VT3000 panel computer?

MV-VT3000 lists three digital-isolated inputs and eight opto-isolated outputs. This I/O can carry machine states and inspection results independently of the four GigE links used for network communication.

What electrical and environmental limits govern MV-VT3000 installation?

The station requires 24 V DC and lists typical consumption of 120 W. Its operating range is 0 °C to 50 °C, storage range is −30 °C to 70 °C, and stated humidity range is 20% RH to 80% RH without condensation.

When does MV-VT3000 make more sense than the VT2000 panels?

Choose MV-VT3000 when the 15.6-inch 1920 × 1080 panel, four USB 3.0 ports or four configurable serial channels are needed. The two VT2000 listings use 10.1-inch 1280 × 800 displays, mixed USB generations and two serial ports.
