What is the purpose of the screw-lock RJ45 camera connector?

The screw-lock RJ45 end is intended to keep vibration from unseating the plug at the camera. Every listed MV-ACG assembly uses a screw-lock RJ45 camera end and a standard RJ45 termination at the opposite end.

How should ST, HF, and SF be chosen for a cable route?
