Two-row 8K mono over Camera Link

An 8192 × 2 mono CMOS line with selectable 1-line and 2-TDI imaging anchors MV-CL082-92CM in the Camera Link part of the range. The 7 µm pixels operate at 20 kHz in Base, 40 kHz in Medium, 80 kHz in Full and 100 kHz in 80-bit mode. Camera Link uses an SDR connector, with USB serving firmware-update duties.

The 8192-sample width supports wide-web surface and edge inspection where a frame grabber is already part of the acquisition chain. Exposure from 3 µs to 10 ms and the two row modes allow the optical and motion setup to be configured around the line rate. A 12-pin P10 connector carries power and four configurable I/O lines, while Camera Link CC1/CC2/CC3/CC4 provides additional control paths.

MV-CL081-41CM reduces the sensor to an 8192 × 1 row and reaches 80 kHz in Full mode, with 5.8 W typical draw rather than 9.8 W. MV-CL082-91F1M keeps 8192 × 2 and 2-TDI but changes to LC fiber, reaching 146 kHz in 1-Line. MV-CL084-91CM adds a 4-row sensor and 4-TDI while retaining Camera Link and a 100 kHz 80-bit limit.
