Four-row 8K mono with Camera Link

An 8192 × 4 mono CMOS array with 5 µm pixels gives MV-CL084-91CM both long cross-object sampling and three row-mode choices. It supports 1-line, 2-TDI and 4-TDI acquisition. Camera Link rates are 20 kHz in Base, 40 kHz in Medium, 80 kHz in Full and 100 kHz in 80-bit operation, with an SDR connector used for data and USB used for firmware updates.

The four-row architecture suits wide mono surface inspection where illumination and travel speed can be addressed through the selected TDI mode. Exposure spans 3 µs to 10 ms and six gain settings run from 1.2× to 6.2×. A 12-pin P10 connector supplies power and four configurable I/O lines, while Camera Link CC1/CC2/CC3/CC4 can also participate in acquisition timing.

MV-CL082-92CM reduces the array to 8192 × 2 with 7 µm pixels and 2-TDI, while retaining the same 100 kHz 80-bit ceiling in a smaller 76 mm body. MV-CL084-91CM-PRO expands to 8192 × 16 and adds control for as many as 4 lamps, with a 75 kHz 1-lamp Full rate. MV-CL084-91F2M keeps 8192 × 4 but uses 7 µm pixels and 2LC fiber, reaching 200 kHz in 1-Line, 1-light mode.
