Two-link fiber mono capture
A 16384 × 2 monochrome CMOS sensor and selectable 1 Link or 2 Link fiber transmission make MV-CL162-91F2M a full-width, dual-link acquisition option. Its 3.5 × 3.5 μm pixels support 1-Line and 2-TDI modes. The camera's maximum line rate is 73.2 kHz. Pixel formats include Mono 8, Mono 10 and Mono 12, allowing bit depth and TDI mode to be selected around the same 2LC fiber connector.
Exposure is adjustable from 3 μs to 10 ms, gain is 1.0 ×, dynamic range is 56.7 dB and SNR is 37 dB. Four configurable input/output lines, identified as Line 0, Line 1, Line 3 and Line 4, are available. Supply range is 12 to 24 VDC and consumption is 10.6 W at 24 VDC. The M72*0.75-mounted housing measures 132 × 76 × 57.4 mm, weighs 600 g and is rated IP40 from -20 to 50 °C.
MV-CL162-91F2M shares its resolution, pixel size and scan modes with MV-CL162-B0F2M, but the B0 model raises maximum rate from 73.2 kHz to 105 kHz and lists 61.7 dB dynamic range. MV-CL162-91F1M uses a single LC fiber interface; it reaches the same 73.2 kHz in standard 1-Line mode and offers 120 kHz after ROI at 9984 pixels or below. MV-CL162-91CM instead uses Camera Link and provides explicit binning and ROI rate paths.
