High-speed color capture and positioning

Fast color acquisition is the defining role of the MV-CU004-10GC. Its Sony IMX297 CMOS sensor combines a 720 × 540 output, 6.9 µm pixels and global shutter operation at 126.5 fps. Bayer RG 8 output retains color information, while the exposure range includes a 1–14 µs UltraShort mode and a 15 µs–10 sec standard mode. Gigabit Ethernet carries the image stream.

The global shutter and short exposure capability suit color checks on moving parts, including presence, orientation and color-state decisions on a conveyor. The 1/2.9-inch format and C-mount support a compact optical assembly. A 6-pin P7 connection adds one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output and one bidirectional non-isolated I/O for coordinating acquisition with a sensor or controller.

Within this group, MV-CU004-10GM keeps the same Sony IMX297, 720 × 540 ceiling and 126.5 fps rate. MV-CU013-80UC raises resolution to 1280 × 1024 and reaches 240.4 fps through USB 3.0 for a closer host connection.
