Mono Full-HD inspection over GigE
Monochrome 1920 × 1080 acquisition at 56 fps is the core of MV-CU020-19GM V3.0. Its 1/2.8-inch rolling-shutter CMOS sensor has 2.9 µm pixels and sends Mono 8 frames over 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet. The imaging range includes 74 dB dynamic range, 90 dB in WDR, exposure from 64 µs to 130 ms and gain from 0 dB to 24 dB.
Stationary feature, edge and surface checks can use the Full-HD sampling and direct monochrome intensity output. The rolling shutter calls for controlled target motion during exposure when geometry is measured. Supported PoE can share the Ethernet route with power, while a 6-pin P7 connection provides one isolated input, one isolated output and one bidirectional non-isolated I/O for machine timing.
MV-CU020-19GC V3.0 is the color Full-HD neighbour at the same 56 fps, with a longer 128 µs–260 ms exposure range. MV-CU020-19GC/mbzy V3.0 also supplies Mono 8 at 56 fps in the same 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm body. MV-CU020-90GM changes to a 2048 × 1200 global-shutter GMAX4002 sensor at 49 fps. Choose 19GM V3.0 for monochrome Full HD, WDR and PoE.

FAQ
What monochrome stream does MV-CU020-19GM V3.0 produce?
The camera outputs 1920 × 1080 Mono 8 at up to 56 fps through Gigabit Ethernet. Its 1/2.8-inch sensor uses 2.9 µm pixels, giving a Full-HD intensity image for edge, feature and surface analysis.
What does rolling-shutter operation mean for this application?
The CMOS sensor exposes with a rolling shutter. Stationary objects or parts held steady during the 64 µs–130 ms exposure range are therefore the direct measurement case, especially when geometric accuracy across the frame matters.
When can the 90 dB WDR setting be used on 19GM V3.0?
The camera lists a 74 dB standard dynamic range and 90 dB in WDR. WDR is the documented choice when the scene spans a broader brightness range, while Mono 8 remains the stated full-frame output format.
How is this GigE camera powered and connected to machine I/O?
PoE is supported, and a 9–24 V DC input is also available; typical draw is 2.4 W at 12 V DC. The 6-pin P7 connector adds one isolated input, one isolated output and one bidirectional non-isolated I/O.
Which lens and environment match MV-CU020-19GM V3.0?
Use a C-mount lens covering the 1/2.8-inch sensor. The IP30 body is 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm and operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 20–80% RH without condensation when lens installation and wiring are correct.
