Mono 8 capture at 5120 × 3840 defines MV-CU200-20GM as the high-sampling monochrome member of the compact AR2020 GigE pair. Its 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor has 1.4 µm pixels, a rolling shutter, and a maximum full-frame rate of 5.9 fps. The 61 dB dynamic range and 53 µs to 10 sec exposure interval support carefully lit, stationary inspection work.

The dense raster suits small-mark analysis, fine edge measurement, broad-area texture inspection, and documentation of indexed parts. A 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm housing and C-mount place the camera in constrained optical heads. Gigabit Ethernet transports the images, while optional PoE or a 9 V DC to 24 V DC supply handles the typical 2.0 W load. P7 I/O links the acquisition to machine timing.

MV-CU200-20GC adds Bayer GR 8 colour while retaining 5120 × 3840 and 5.9 fps. MV-CU200-20UM moves Mono 8 to USB 3.0 and reaches 18 fps for a host located near the camera. MV-CU120-10GM reduces sampling to 4024 × 3036 but increases the GigE rate to 9.7 fps when cycle cadence takes priority.

Use a C-mount lens whose image circle covers 1/1.8 inch and whose resolving performance supports 5120 × 3840 sampling at a 1.4 µm pitch. Focus, field curvature, and edge resolution become relevant when the full raster is used for measurement.
