Modes and range position
Single-DOE speckle structured light combines a 1500 mm depth range with 1408 × 1024 depth output and 1536 × 1280 RGB output. The S configuration reaches 30 fps for singulation, while the V configuration runs at 6 fps for volume measurement. This split makes MV-DB500S a mid-range RGB-D platform for either moving-object separation or slower dimensional acquisition.
At the 500 mm working distance, the near viewing area is 580 × 470 mm; the far area reaches 2500 × 1800 mm for S and 2400 × 1800 mm for V. The S depth accuracy is stated as 4 mm at 1 m and 8 mm at 2 m. Gigabit Ethernet, three opto-isolated inputs, three outputs and 12 to 24 V DC power provide the data, trigger and supply path for an automated station.

Overview
An RGB-D camera: it delivers a colour image and a depth map at the same time. In logistics it measures parcel dimensions, finds the parcel on the belt and splits a bulk flow into single items.
It works with the HiViewer application, and an SDK is available for custom development.
