Four-camera optical GigE Vision capture
Four optical camera connections and GigE Vision V2.0 support define MV-GS1004. The board accepts as many as four 10 Gbit/s cameras through SFP × 4, buffers acquisition in 2 GB DDR3 memory, and connects to the host over PCI-E gen2 × 8. Its host path is listed at 3900 MB/s maximum and 3350 MB/s sustained transmission bandwidth.
This combination supports multi-camera inspection cells, synchronized views of a moving object and distributed cameras linked to one processing host. Twenty-four I/O connectors include opto-isolated, RX422, TX422 and TTL groups for input and output. Opto-isolated channels operate from 4.5 V DC to 28 V DC. Board consumption is 20 W, and the working range is 0 to 60 °C.
MV-GT1004 retains four-camera, 10 Gbit/s GigE Vision acquisition and the same host bandwidth, but presents RJ45 × 4 instead of optical SFP ports. MV-GS1004F V3.0 also uses four optical ports, changes the protocol to XoFLink and the host interconnect to PCI-E gen3 × 4, and sustains 3200 MB/s.
