Its 1/1.45-inch CMOS sensor has 3.45 µm pixels, global exposure and a 60 fps ceiling; the decoder handles up to 90 codes/sec. Exposure runs from 6 µs to 30000 µs. Images, commands and results use Fast Ethernet at 100 Mbit/s, supplemented by discrete I/O and RS-232.
The combination is aimed at moving labels whose small elements or broad field require more pixels than the other ID3000XM options. A hardware trigger can arrive on any of three opto-isolated inputs, while the top button supports local setup captures. Integrated red point and white diffused lighting, orange aiming and three cap treatments help establish contrast on plain or reflective code surfaces.
MV-ID3030XM holds the same 90 codes/sec and 60 fps ratings but uses 2048 × 1536, so it is sufficient where the field needs fewer samples. MV-ID5050XM retains 2432 × 2048 and a global shutter, then raises acquisition to 92 fps and decoding to 120 codes/sec over Gigabit Ethernet. Choose MV-ID3050XM for detailed Fast Ethernet stations; use MV-ID5050XM where the higher transport and reading rates are necessary.
