Seventy-five-frame color inspection
Color capture at 1920 × 1280 and up to 75 fps makes MV-SC2023XC a high-rate option for detailed inspection. Its 1/3.52-inch CMOS imager uses 2.2 µm pixels and a global shutter, with exposure from 36 µs to 100 ms. A 16 mm focal length, mechanically autofocused M12 mount and selectable white, red, blue, IR, UV or red/blue illumination define a configurable optical head.
The processing set spans color and geometry measurement, code recognition, OCR, color recognition, anomaly detection, counting and coordinate transformation. These functions, combined with the global shutter and 75 fps ceiling, suit rapid code, presence and color checks on parts moving through a controlled view. A 17-pin M12 connector provides two isolated inputs, two isolated outputs and RS-232, while Fast Ethernet carries network traffic.
MV-SC2023XM pairs the same 1920 × 1280 grid and 2.2 µm pixel value with four white LEDs. MV-SC2013XC steps down to 1280 × 1024 with 2.7 µm pixels, while MV-SC3030XC increases the frame to 2048 × 1536 but runs at 40 fps. Select MV-SC2023XC when 75 fps color capture and code or color tools matter; choose MV-SC3030XC when added image detail outweighs cadence.
