Large-format mono USB positioning

Mono output from a 5472 × 3648 Sony IMX183 gives MV-CE200-10UM a larger USB3.0 image than the 4000 × 3036 MV-CE120-10UM V2.0 and 3072 × 2048 MV-CE060-10UC. The 1-inch CMOS sensor uses a rolling shutter and runs at up to 19.2 fps. This pairing is intended for high-detail intensity imaging of stationary or indexed subjects.

Large-field dimensional work, dense component checks and fine edge analysis can use the full mono array after motion has settled. USB3.0 provides the image connection and can also supply power, with 12 VDC available as a separate route. The C-mount must be paired with optics covering the 1-inch sensor, and the camera consumes 2.83 W.

MV-CE200-10GM retains the Sony IMX183, 1-inch format, 5472 × 3648 resolution and rolling shutter but changes to Gigabit Ethernet, PoE and 5.9 fps. MV-CE120-10UM V2.0 is another mono USB3.0 model, trading resolution down to 4000 × 3036 for a 31.9 fps ceiling. MV-CE120-10GM provides 4024 × 3036 at 9.6 fps over Gigabit Ethernet when network reach is required.
