Which connector arrangement is used for a typical camera-to-host run?
The main MV-ACU3 arrangement is USB 3.0 Micro-B male at the camera and USB 3.0 Type-A male at the host. Straight SF descriptions explicitly identify a screw-lock Micro-B end, and the family description identifies screw-lock Micro-B as the main camera-side format.
When is a downward-facing Micro-B cable available?
Downward-facing Micro-B-to-Type-A versions occur in the ST and SF groups. ST offers them at 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m; SF adds 3 m, 5 m, 7 m, 10 m, 15 m, and 20 m. The geometry is selected when the cable needs to leave the camera downward.
How do the available lengths differ between ST and SF construction?
For Micro-B-to-Type-A assemblies, ST covers 0.5 m through 3 m at the listed steps, while SF begins at 3 m and extends through 5 m, 7 m, 10 m, and 15 m to 20 m. Both straight and downward-facing versions are listed across their respective length groups.
Are USB Type-A male to Type-A male variants included?
Yes. MV-ACU3-AM-AM-ST-1m and MV-ACU3-AM-AM-ST-2m are Standard Type-A male to Type-A male cables. They are distinct from the Micro-B camera cables, so both device endpoints must be checked before one of these two assemblies is selected.
What choices are present in the Flexible cable group?
The FL entries are straight Micro-B male to Type-A male assemblies. MV-ACU3-MBMs-AM-FL-3m is the 3 m Flexible version. The FL(EMC) designation appears on separate 1 m and 3 m parts, MV-ACU3-MBMs-AM-FL(EMC)-1m and MV-ACU3-MBMs-AM-FL(EMC)-3m.
