Fast color acquisition over a network link is the central capability of MV-CH050-90TC-C-NF. A Gpixel GMAX3405 global-shutter CMOS sensor outputs 2448 × 2048 Bayer GB 8 at 163.4 fps through 10 Gigabit Ethernet. The 2/3-inch format, 3.4 µm pixels and C-mount support high-rate inspection where color and object geometry must be retained together.
The 2 µs minimum exposure and global shutter suit moving print, packaging and color-coded parts when the lighting supports short integration. The interface runs at 10000 Mbit/s and is compatible with 1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet. External timing enters through a 6-pin P7 connection with isolated input and output and one bidirectional line.
MV-CH050-90TM-C-NF uses the same GMAX3405, 163.4 fps and 10 Gigabit Ethernet path but outputs monochrome images. MV-CH050-90Y1C-NN is a close color alternative at 164 fps over CoaXPress with Micro-BNC. MV-CH050-60UC lowers color speed to 79 fps and uses USB 3.0.
