Fiber-linked 4K color inspection
An LC fiber connection and 4096 × 2 color CMOS array make MV-CL042-91FC the fiber-linked 4K color member of this group. The 7 × 7 µm pixels reach 98 kHz with RGB 8/BGR 8 and 100 kHz with Mono 8/10/12, Bayer RG 8/10/12 or Bayer RBGG 8. A reduced region of interest can also run at 100 kHz, while exposure is adjustable from 3 µs to 10 ms.
Color web, print and material inspection can use the 4096-sample line to distinguish both position and chromatic differences as the target moves past the sensor. The camera supports 1-Line scanning, five gain selections from 1.0× to 3.2×, and four configurable I/O lines on the 12-pin P10 power/I/O connector. Single-ended and differential signaling allow the timing circuit to match the machine controller.
MV-CL042-91CC offers the same 4096 × 2 color geometry through Camera Link and reaches up to 100 kHz according to its link configuration. MV-CL042-91FM retains the LC fiber connector but changes to mono, adding 2-TDI and a 195 kHz 1-Line ceiling. MV-CL042-B1NC is a smaller 29 mm × 44 mm × 59 mm color alternative using C-mount optics and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, with 75.4 kHz at full-resolution Bayer BRGG 8.
