Compact 4K color capture over 2.5 GigE
A 29 mm × 44 mm × 59 mm C-mount body separates MV-CL042-B1NC from the larger 4K line-scan cameras. The color CMOS array provides 4096 × 2 resolution with 3.5 × 3.5 µm pixels. Its 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port also works at 1000 Mbit/s and 100 Mbit/s, combining a compact optical package with a network link above standard Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth.
At full line length, Bayer BRGG 8 reaches 75.4 kHz, Mono 8 or Bayer RG 8 reaches 63 kHz, Mono 10/12 and Bayer RG 10/12 reach 37.7 kHz, and RGB 8/BGR 8 reaches 25.1 kHz. MV-CL042-B1NM keeps the same 4096 × 2 sensor geometry, 3.5 µm pitch, C-mount housing and network link, but provides mono 1-Line/2-TDI operation and reaches 105 kHz after a reduced region of interest. MV-CL042-91FC is a 7 µm color model with an LC fiber link and 100 kHz ceiling. MV-CL044-91NC uses 7 µm pixels, an M42*1.0 mount and a 4096 × 3 array over 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet.
