Color format, fiber links and throughput

Two-link fiber throughput makes MV-CL162-B0F2C the color 16384-pixel member with format-dependent rates. The 16384 × 2 CMOS line uses 3.5 µm × 3.5 µm pixels and a 2LC connector. In 1 Link mode it ranges from 24.4 kHz for RGB 8/BGR 8 to 73.2 kHz for Bayer BRGG 8; 2 Link mode reaches 49.3 kHz for RGB 8/BGR 8, 65 kHz for Mono or Bayer RG formats, and 130 kHz for Bayer BRGG 8.

The camera uses 1-Line acquisition, with exposure from 3 µs to 10 ms, gains of 1.0 × and 2.0 ×, and 63.8 dB dynamic range. Digital I/O is not supported. A 12-pin P10 connector accepts 12 VDC to 24 VDC, while typical consumption is 15.8 W at 12 VDC. The M72*0.75 optical mount has a 12 mm flange back and can take an F-mount lens through an adapter. IP40 protection applies with correct lens installation and wiring.

This is the only 16384 × 2 color model in the group. MV-CL162-B0F2M uses the same resolution, pixel pitch and 2LC fiber connector for monochrome 1-Line and 2-TDI capture; its maximum line rate is 105 kHz. MV-CL166-B0F2C provides a deeper 16384 × 12 color sensor, supports 1-Line through 4-TDI operation and lists a 40 kHz maximum, using an M90*1.0 mount. MV-CL086-B0F1C shortens the color line to 8192 pixels and uses a single LC interface at 40 kHz in all modes.
