Large-relief measurement and execution choice
A 200 mm Z range at a 245 mm reference distance makes MV-DP2240 a large-envelope profile sensor. Its X field expands from 101 mm near through 150 mm at reference to 200 mm far, and the base profile has 2048 points. The stated full-range rate is 700 Hz with a 10 kHz ROI maximum, while alternate entries identify a 23.9 kHz scan rate for another execution.
The measurement volume supports height, shape and edge inspection on parts whose depth cannot fit the smaller DP ranges.
