Two-port copper 10 GigE integration
Two RJ45 camera ports make MV-GT1002 a direct copper-interface path for GigE Vision V2.0 acquisition. It supports as many as two GigE or 10 GigE industrial cameras at 10 Gbit/s, provides 2 GB DDR3 onboard memory, and moves data through PCI-E gen2 × 8. Transmission bandwidth is 3900 MB/s maximum and 3350 MB/s sustained.
The board fits dual-camera inspection, stereo viewpoints and paired stations where electrical Ethernet cabling is used between cameras and host. Eight configurable I/O connections accept single-ended or differential signals; line groups support 3.3 V DC to 12 V DC or 24 V DC inputs and 3.3 V DC outputs. Power consumption is 19.2 W, with operation from 0 to 60 °C.
MV-GT1004 keeps GigE Vision V2.0, PCI-E gen2 × 8 and 3350 MB/s sustained transfer but expands to four RJ45 camera ports and consumes 24 W. MV-GT1102P retains two RJ45 ports, changes to PCI-E gen3 × 4 and DDR4 memory, provides PoE and consumes 21.1 W. Choose MV-GT1002 for two copper camera links on a gen2 × 8 host with 2 GB DDR3 memory and 19.2 W board consumption.
