Dual 10 GigE capture with camera power

Two PoE-capable RJ45 ports make MV-GT1102P a combined data-and-power interface for GigE Vision V2.0 cameras. Each electrical port supports 10 Gbit/s, with up to 20 Gbit/s across two cameras. The board has 2 GB DDR4 memory and a PCI-E gen3 × 4 host interconnect, concentrating dual-camera acquisition and camera power into one installed card.

The arrangement suits paired inspection cameras, two-sided component viewing and stations where reducing separate camera power wiring is important. Six configurable I/O connections accept single-ended or differential signals and support cascading of several grabbers. Bracket and PCB lines accept 3.3 V DC to 24 V DC inputs and provide 3.3 V DC outputs. Board consumption is 21.1 W, apart from attached camera loads.

MV-GT1002 also provides two 10 Gbit/s RJ45 ports, uses 2 GB DDR3 and PCI-E gen2 × 8, and consumes 19.2 W. MV-GT1104P expands the powered arrangement to four RJ45 ports, 4 GB DDR4 and PCI-E gen3 × 8, with 6750 MB/s sustained transfer. Choose MV-GT1102P when two powered camera links and a gen3 × 4 host slot match the inspection cell.
