Six-port acquisition on a 12th-generation base
A six-port GigE acquisition layout on 12th-generation processor configurations defines MV-VC3000X. Options in the network entry include Celeron G6900, Celeron G7400 and Core i3-12100; the Core i3-12100 form provides four PoE interfaces among the six. Unactivated Windows 10 hosts the vision application, and eight isolated inputs plus sixteen isolated outputs connect the controller to machine timing and actuators.
This arrangement fits a multi-camera inspection cell that needs several Ethernet image sources, direct trigger and reject wiring, and independent operator displays. Four 24 VDC constant-voltage light connections integrate illumination, with a 72 W single-channel and 80 W total limit. Two RS-232 ports can switch to RS-485 or RS-422, while four USB 2.0 and four USB 3.0 ports serve local peripherals.
MV-VC3000H has the same six-port count and isolated I/O quantities but uses Celeron G4900 or Core i3-8100 and specifies one PCIe 3.0 ×16 slot. MV-VC531x moves to seven GigE interfaces including four PoE ports, twelve isolated outputs and a 302.3 × 248 × 105.2 mm enclosure. MV-VC532x provides that seven-port layout plus one ×16, one ×8 and two ×4 PCIe interfaces.
Overview
The same chassis as the VC3000H but on 12th generation Intel processors — from the Celeron G6900 to the Core i7-12700. With an identical port layout, the X version delivers markedly more compute per frame and takes on heavy algorithms: sub-pixel measurement, pattern matching at high resolution, CPU-based deep learning.
As in the H version, the fourth digit sets the configuration: 1 — SSD only, 2 — SSD plus hard disk, 3 — plus PoE on four ports, 4 — 16 GB of RAM.

FAQ
Which MV-VC3000X configuration supplies PoE camera ports?
The Core 12th i3-12100 configuration lists six GigE interfaces with four PoE ports. The network entries for Celeron G6900 and Celeron G7400 divide six ports between two Intel GigE and four Netswift GigE interfaces.
How can the controller interface with triggers and reject devices?
Eight opto-isolated inputs and sixteen opto-isolated outputs are provided, with NPN/PNP switching supported on the outputs. Two RS-232 ports can change to RS-485 or RS-422 for serial machine devices.
What display resolution is available for an operator station?
The controller provides one HDMI and one VGA interface with simultaneous independent output. HDMI reaches 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz; the listed Celeron display configurations allow VGA up to 1920 × 1440 at 60 Hz.
How should the four lighting outputs be power-limited?
There are four 24 VDC constant-voltage light interfaces. The power entry states 72 W for a single channel and 80 W total, so a multi-light installation must satisfy both the per-channel ceiling and the aggregate ceiling.
What electrical and environmental envelope is specified?
MV-VC3000X uses a 24 VDC supply and has typical consumption of 144 W. The controller measures 161.4 × 208.5 × 105.5 mm, weighs approximately 2.1 kg and operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 20% RH to 95% RH without condensation.
