Wide color frames over GigE

A wide 4096 × 2160 color image is delivered over Gigabit Ethernet by MV-CH089-10GC. The 8.8 MP camera uses a 1-inch Sony IMX267 CMOS sensor with a global shutter and 3.45 µm pixels, reaching 13 fps. It fits inspection of broad objects, rows of components and colored surface features where network cabling and full-width detail take priority over high frame rate.

The global shutter preserves object geometry when a part moves between acquisitions, while exposure settings from 1 µs to 14 µs in UltraShort mode support brief capture. Normal exposure continues from 15 µs to 10 sec. PoE can combine power with the Gigabit Ethernet connection, or the camera can operate from a 12 V DC input.

MV-CH089-10UC keeps the IMX267 and 4096 × 2160 color image but reaches 32 fps through USB 3.0. MV-CH089-60GC V5.0 uses a Stacked BSI sensor at 13.9 fps on Gigabit Ethernet. MV-CH100-60GC increases image height to 2460 pixels at 11.6 fps. Select MV-CH089-10GC for IMX267 color capture, the 2160-line wide frame and PoE networking.
