Color Ethernet scanning and its neighbors
Color line acquisition over Gigabit Ethernet is the central role of MV-CL083-92GC. Its CMOS sensor has an 8192 x 3 arrangement and 7 x 7 um pixels, operating in 1-line mode. Standard Bayer RG 8 or Mono 8 capture reaches 14.1 kHz; high-bandwidth Bayer RG or Mono 8 reaches 33 kHz. This configuration fits moving-surface inspection that needs color sampling at 8192-pixel width without a multi-link fiber or Camera Link transport.
Input power is 12 to 24 VDC and typical consumption is 7.7 W. The lens mount is M72 x 0.75. A 76 x 76 x 46.7 mm body and 400 g mass define the mechanical envelope, while IP40, a -20 to 50 C working range and 5 to 90 % RH set its environmental bounds. The host path must support the selected standard or high-bandwidth Gigabit Ethernet acquisition mode.
MV-CL083-92GC is the 8192 x 3 color Ethernet choice. MV-CL086-91GC adds sensor rows through an 8192 × 6 format with smaller 5 µm pixels and raises high-bandwidth operation from 33 kHz to 40 kHz. MV-CL082-92GM uses the same 7 x 7 um pitch and Gigabit Ethernet but is monochrome, supports 2-TDI and reaches 50 kHz in high-bandwidth mode. MV-CL086-91CC moves 8192 × 6 color capture to Camera Link and offers 33.7 kHz in its 80-bit configuration.

FAQ
What rates apply to Bayer capture on the MV-CL083-92GC?
Bayer RG 8 is rated at 14.1 kHz in standard operation. In the high-bandwidth mode, Bayer RG reaches 33 kHz; the same two figures are also stated for the corresponding Mono 8 operation.
Does MV-CL083-92GC offer TDI acquisition for its color line?
The stated image mode is 1-line on an 8192 x 3 color CMOS sensor. For color capture with selectable 2-TDI and 4-TDI, MV-CL086-91CC-PRO is the Camera Link alternative in this group.
Which data and power connections are needed for MV-CL083-92GC?
Image data uses Gigabit Ethernet. The camera separately accepts 12 to 24 VDC and has typical consumption of 7.7 W, so an installation needs both the Ethernet path and the stated supply.
What lens mounting thread is present on MV-CL083-92GC?
MV-CL083-92GC uses an M72 x 0.75 lens mount. Lens coverage should match its 8192-pixel color line and the 7 x 7 um pixel geometry. The sensor operates in 1-line mode.
What enclosure conditions are stated for MV-CL083-92GC?
The 76 x 76 x 46.7 mm housing weighs 400 g and is rated IP40. Working temperature is -20 to 50 C, and the stated humidity range is 5 to 90 % RH. Typical draw is 7.7 W.
