Selectable high-full-well and high-sensitivity operation gives MV-CS020-61GM V5.0 its role in the mono 2 MP range. The 1/1.7-inch Stacked BSI CMOS sensor outputs 1624 × 1240 Mono 8 at 60.7 fps, with 4.5 µm pixels and a global shutter. Dynamic range is 76.1 dB. Exposure starts at 30 µs in high full well capacity mode or 5 µs in high sensitivity mode, allowing the signal strategy to follow the scene.

The camera can handle intensity-based edge, position, presence and surface-region checks where the same station may face different exposure demands. A global shutter keeps moving shapes consistent, and the 1624 × 1240 image provides a dense sampling grid. Gigabit Ethernet carries the stream and supports PoE, while a 6-pin P7 port offers 9–24 V DC power plus isolated input, isolated output and bidirectional I/O.

MV-CS020-61GC V5.0 is the Bayer GR 8 color counterpart at the same 60.7 fps, with 75.4 dB dynamic range. MV-CS020-61UM V5.0 preserves Mono 8, the dual modes and 76.1 dB but changes to USB 3.0 and reaches 99.6 fps in a 30 mm-deep body.
