Full-resolution color capture reaches 60 fps on the Sony® IMX264 in MV-CS050-10UC. The 2/3-inch CMOS imager combines a global shutter, 3.45 µm pixels and 2448 × 2048 Bayer RG 8 output. USB3.0 carries the 5 MP stream to a nearby host, and the exposure system spans 1 µs UltraShort operation through 10 sec standard acquisition.

The 60 fps rate supports frequent sampling of moving assemblies for color classification, print alignment and component-state checks. Global exposure and the 1 µs minimum can limit motion displacement when illumination permits. The camera can take power through USB3.0, while a 6-pin P7 connector supplies an isolated trigger input, an isolated output and a bidirectional non-isolated control line.

MV-CS050-10GC-PRO uses the same Sony® IMX264, resolution and Bayer RG 8 format but sends 24.2 fps over Gigabit Ethernet with PoE. MV-CS050-60UC V5.0 matches the 60 fps USB rate while changing to a Stacked BSI sensor and adding high full well capacity and high sensitivity modes. MV-CS040-A0UC increases speed to 90.1 fps and uses a square 2048 × 2048 frame on a 1-inch sensor.
