A 20 MP color image at a usable USB sequence rate is the defining combination of the MV-CS200-10UC. The Sony® IMX183 rolling-shutter CMOS sensor outputs 5472 × 3648 Bayer GB 8 at up to 19.2 fps through USB3.0. Its 1-inch format uses 2.4 µm pixels, with 65.5 dB dynamic range, exposure from 44 µs to 0.83 sec and gain from 0 dB to 24 dB. USB2.0 operation is also listed.
The large color array supports inspection of dense print, small colored features and wide parts that must retain fine spatial detail. A 19.2 fps ceiling allows repeated views while the object motion remains compatible with rolling-shutter readout and the selected exposure. USB3.0 can power the camera at 5 VDC; the 6-pin P7 connector provides a 9 VDC to 24 VDC alternative plus isolated input and output. The C-mount housing measures 29 mm × 29 mm × 30 mm.
MV-CS200-10UM has the same 5472 × 3648, 19.2 fps and USB3.0 platform but provides Mono 8 instead of Bayer GB 8. MV-CS200-10GM also records mono at this resolution, using Gigabit Ethernet and PoE at a lower 5.9 fps. MV-CS120-10UC V5.0 is the faster USB color choice at 29.4 fps when its lower 4024 × 3036 sampling meets the inspection.
