A 48.2 fps Mono 8 stream at 2592 × 1944 distinguishes MV-CU050-60UM from the slower 5 MP GigE models. The 1/2.5-inch HK CMOS sensor has 2.2 µm pixels and a rolling shutter, with USB 3.0 as the data interface. Dynamic range is 65.4 dB, exposure extends from 12 µs to 1.25 sec and gain spans 0 dB to 24 dB.

High-detail intensity, print and surface-feature inspection can use the monochrome grid when the target is stationary or its motion is controlled during exposure. USB 3.0 supports camera power at a typical 2.7 W and 5 V DC. The 6-pin P7 connection provides one isolated input, one isolated output and one bidirectional non-isolated I/O for synchronising acquisition with the machine.

MV-CU050-30GM keeps 2592 × 1944 Mono 8 but uses an AR0521 and GigE at 24 fps. MV-CU050-60GM supplies the same resolution through GigE at 23.1 fps with a 1/2.5-inch rolling-shutter sensor. MV-CU050-90UM raises the grid to 2600 × 2160, changes to a global-shutter GMAX2505 and reaches 59.8 fps. Select 60UM for 5 MP Mono 8 over USB 3.0 with the 48.2 fps operating point.
