IP67 color inspection with expanded I/O
Color inspection at 1408 × 1024 and 60 fps is combined with a larger light and I/O package in MV-SC3016C. The 1/2.9-inch CMOS sensor has 3.45 µm pixels, global-shutter capture and exposure from 35 µs to 1 sec. An M12 mount supports mechanical focus, while 14 LEDs provide white illumination by default with red, blue or IR alternatives. The IP67 rating applies when lens and wiring are installed correctly.
Color recognition, OCR, object detection, anomaly detection, measurement and coordinate tools allow the sensor to handle presence, identification and dimensional sequences. Thirty-two solutions can be stored. A 17-pin M12 connection combines 24 V DC power, Fast Ethernet, two inputs, three outputs, three bidirectional I/O lines and an external-button input; outputs can be configured for NPN or PNP operation.
MV-SC3016M shares the 1408 × 1024 frame and 3.45 µm pixel value with 14 white LEDs. MV-SC2016EC matches MV-SC3016C in color resolution and 60 fps but uses an IP65 body, a single white LED lamp and storage for 8 solutions.
