Five-megapixel mono inspection role

Detailed mono inspection at 2432 × 2048 and up to 50 fps is the purpose of MV-SC3050M. Its 2/3-inch CMOS sensor combines 3.4 µm pixels with a global shutter and an exposure range from 60 µs to 1 sec. The M12 mount uses a mechanical autofocus lens, and 14 integrated LED lamps provide white light by default with red, blue or near-infrared options for different target responses.

The onboard tools cover OCR, code recognition, learning-based counting, object detection, anomaly detection, coordinate transformation and dimensional measurement. This allows detailed grayscale marks, defects, edges and object positions to be evaluated inside the sensor. Fast Ethernet carries communication, and a 17-pin M12 connection supplies 24 V DC, serial data and eight discrete or bidirectional I/O lines. Up to 32 solutions can be retained.

MV-SC3016C runs faster at 60 fps but records a smaller 1408 × 1024 color frame. MV-SC3050XM also provides 2432 × 2048 mono global-shutter imaging, with a 40 fps ceiling and 3.45 µm pixels in the SC3000X housing. MV-SC3060XM increases resolution to 3200 × 1920 but changes to a rolling shutter and 20 fps. Select MV-SC3050M for the combination of 5 MP-class mono detail, 50 fps and the 14-LED SC3000 body.

FAQ

What full-frame performance does the MV-SC3050M imager provide?

The mono global-shutter CMOS sensor records 2432 × 2048 at up to 50 fps. It uses a 2/3-inch optical format with 3.4 µm pixels, an exposure interval from 60 µs to 1 sec and gain adjustment from 0 dB to 24 dB.

Which detailed inspections can be configured on MV-SC3050M?

The processing list includes OCR, code recognition, learning OCR, object detection, anomaly detection, edge and dimension measurement, counting and point-grasp location. These tools can be combined by logic and condition modules.

What optics and illumination hardware does MV-SC3050M use?

MV-SC3050M has an M12 mount with a mechanical autofocus lens. Its integrated source contains 14 LED lamps; white is the default, and red, blue or near-infrared light can be selected for other target responses.

How should power and I/O be planned for the MV-SC3050M body?

The sensor requires 24 V DC, with average consumption of 9.6 W and a maximum of 48 W. Its 17-pin M12 connection includes two inputs, three outputs, three bidirectional I/O lines and an external-button input; outputs support NPN or PNP.

What is the practical difference between MV-SC3050M and MV-SC3050XM?

Both are mono global-shutter sensors at 2432 × 2048. MV-SC3050M reaches 50 fps with 3.4 µm pixels and 14 LEDs; MV-SC3050XM reaches 40 fps with 3.45 µm pixels and a white spot source in a smaller 190 g body.
