Fast color imaging over USB 3.0

At 526.5 fps, MV-CA004-10UC combines rapid color sampling with a 720 × 540 frame. The 1/2.9-inch Sony IMX287 is a global-shutter CMOS sensor with 6.9 × 6.9 µm pixels and 74 dB dynamic range. USB 3.0 carries data from the 29 × 29 × 30 mm C-mount body, while UltraShort exposure mode covers 1–14 µs.

Fast color-state checks, moving-part classification and short sequence analysis fit the rate and global exposure. Standard exposure extends from 15 µs to 10 sec, and gain spans 0–20 dB for illumination adjustment. A 6-pin Hirose connector provides isolated input and output plus a bidirectional line for synchronization. USB 3.0 can power the camera at a typical 3 W at 5 V DC, or 9–24 V DC can be supplied separately.

Use MV-CA004-10UC when color, USB 3.0 and 526.5 fps are required together. MV-CA004-10UM matches its sensor, frame, rate and interface but supplies mono output. MV-CA004-10GC V3.0 keeps color 720 × 540 and changes to Gigabit Ethernet with PoE at 312.9 fps. MV-CA003-21UC reaches 814.5 fps over USB 3.0 but reduces the color image to 640 × 480 with 4.8 µm pixels.
