Monochrome 12.3 MP acquisition at 30.3 fps defines MV-CH120-11UM. The USB 3.0 camera combines a 1.1-inch Sony IMX304 sensor, 3.45 µm pixels and a global shutter with 4096 × 3000 Mono 8 output. It supports detailed dimensional, edge and surface inspection in a station where the camera connects directly through USB.

The global shutter captures the complete image at the same instant, supporting geometry checks on moving parts. UltraShort exposure extends from 1 µs to 14 µs, while standard exposure covers 15 µs to 10 sec. USB power and a 9 V DC to 24 V DC input are both available, and P7 supplies isolated trigger input and output.

MV-CH120-11UC records color at the same 4096 × 3000 resolution and 30.3 fps. MV-CH120-10UM uses the same IMX304 class and USB 3.0 but reaches 23.1 fps in monochrome. MV-CH120-10CM changes to IMX253 and Camera Link, delivering 50.9 fps at full width. Select MV-CH120-11UM for IMX304 monochrome detail at 30.3 fps through USB 3.0.
