High-resolution color with global exposure

A 2600 × 2160 Bayer BG 8 image and global shutter separate MV-CU050-90GC from the rolling-shutter 5 MP color model. Its 1/2-inch GMAX2505 CMOS sensor uses 2.5 µm pixels and reaches 21 fps through Gigabit Ethernet. Exposure begins at 3 µs and extends to 10 sec, with 63.8 dB dynamic range and 0–12 dB gain.

The camera fits color label, assembly-state and fine-feature checks on moving parts when 21 fps covers the process cadence. Global exposure preserves geometry, and the 3 µs lower setting supports blur reduction under sufficient illumination. Optional PoE can share the network route with power; the P7 connector adds isolated input and output plus one bidirectional non-isolated I/O.

MV-CU050-90GM retains the GMAX2505, 2600 × 2160 grid and 21 fps but changes to Mono 8. MV-CU050-90UC keeps color and resolution while moving to USB 3.0 at 59.8 fps in a 35.6 mm-deep body. MV-CU050-30GC uses a 2592 × 1944 rolling-shutter AR0521 and runs at 24 fps. Choose 90GC when high-resolution color, simultaneous exposure and GigE outweigh the need for the faster USB rate.
