Hikrobot MV-SC3050XM

Dense mono sampling in the SC3000X body

A 2432 × 2048 mono frame with global-shutter timing makes MV-SC3050XM a detailed grayscale sensor for 40 fps operation. The 1/1.45-inch CMOS imager uses 3.45 µm pixels, permits exposures from 6 µs to 1 sec and provides gain from 0 dB to 15 dB. Mechanical autofocus is supported at the M12 mount, paired with standard white spot illumination or optional red, blue and IR point sources.

OCR, code recognition, learning OCR, object detection, learning-based counts, anomaly detection and dimensional tools can evaluate fine monochrome content. Calibration, point rectification, point grasp and fixture functions address location. The sensor stores up to 32 projects and communicates by 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet. Its 12-pin M12 connector adds three opto-isolated inputs, three opto-isolated outputs, RS-232 and 24 V DC power.

MV-SC3050XC is the color counterpart with identical 2432 × 2048 resolution, 3.45 µm pixels and 40 fps global-shutter capture. MV-SC3030XM reduces mono resolution to 2048 × 1536 without changing the rate. MV-SC3050M keeps the 2432 × 2048 mono format but reaches 50 fps and uses 3.4 µm pixels with a larger 14-LED body. Choose MV-SC3050XM for the compact 190 g SC3000X implementation at this resolution.

FAQ

What are the main sensor parameters of MV-SC3050XM?

It uses a mono 1/1.45-inch CMOS sensor with 3.45 µm pixels, 2432 × 2048 resolution and a global shutter. Full-frame acquisition reaches 40 fps, exposure spans 6 µs to 1 sec and gain spans 0 dB to 15 dB.

Which monochrome recognition tools are available in MV-SC3050XM?

The sensor includes code recognition, OCR, learning OCR, category recognition, classification and object-detection registration. These can work with anomaly detection, measurements, counting, calibration and fixture location.

What light can be paired with MV-SC3050XM mechanical autofocus?

Its M12 mount supports mechanical autofocus. White spot illumination is standard, while red, blue or IR point-light variants are optional; one LED supplies aiming and the body has a 360° visual indicator.

How is an MV-SC3050XM wired into a triggered inspection cell?

Fast Ethernet carries configuration and data. A 12-pin M12 connector combines 24 V DC power with three opto-isolated inputs, three opto-isolated outputs and RS-232, and the top trigger button allows local actuation.

What separates MV-SC3050XM from the larger MV-SC3050M?

Both provide 2432 × 2048 mono global-shutter images. MV-SC3050XM runs at 40 fps in a 190 g body with 3.45 µm pixels; MV-SC3050M reaches 50 fps, uses 3.4 µm pixels and has a 280 g body with 14 LEDs.
