Integrated imaging replaces separate lens and lighting selection in MV-CT2CG0032/G/16LC/WN. The assembly combines a 16 mm liquid lens, white light and a 3.2 MP Stacked BSI colour sensor in a 77 mm × 77 mm × 123.8 mm enclosure. Global-shutter 2048 × 1536 Bayer GR 8 acquisition reaches 77.5 fps with lossless compression enabled.

This form suits enclosed stations that need a pre-integrated optical head for colour, orientation or label checks. The white light spans 6000 K to 9000 K with a 90° irradiation angle, while High Sensitivity exposure can start at 5 µs. GigE supports PoE; the lens-cap assembly maintains IP67 when the lens, cap and cable are installed correctly.
