Integrated 5 MP inspection head

A 5 MP colour camera, 16 mm liquid lens and white illuminator share one 77 mm × 77 mm × 123.8 mm assembly in MV-CT2CG0050/G/16LC/WN. The 2/3-inch Stacked BSI CMOS sensor uses global exposure and delivers 2448 × 2048 Bayer GR 8 at 59.2 fps with lossless compression enabled over GigE.

The integrated arrangement fits colour verification, surface checks and assembly inspection where a self-contained optical head is preferable to separately mounted illumination. Its light is rated 6000 K to 9000 K with a 90° irradiation angle, and High Sensitivity exposure starts at 5 µs. PoE and IP67 sealing support machine-side placement with fewer separate components.

MV-CT2CG0050/G provides the same 2448 × 2048 sensor and 59.2 fps in a 42 mm body with a conventional C-mount for chosen optics. MV-CT2CG0032/G/16LC/WN uses the same integrated concept and 16 mm lens but trades resolution for 77.5 fps at 2048 × 1536. MV-CT2CG0060/R/16LC/WN increases sampling to 3072 × 2048 at 40 fps and changes to a Sony IMX178 rolling shutter.
