Integrated optics at 12 MP

A 4096 × 3000 global-shutter imager, 16 mm liquid lens and integrated white light are combined in MV-CT2MG0120/G/16LC/WN. The 12 MP monochrome Stacked BSI CMOS sensor spans a 1.1 in format with 3.45 × 3.45 µm pixels. It produces up to 23.9 fps in Mono 8 with lossless compression over Gigabit Ethernet, while exposure ranges from 10 µs in UltraShort mode to 10 sec in standard mode.

The assembly addresses large-field inspection where dense sampling, synchronized exposure and integrated optics with white light are required. Its white source covers 6000 K to 9000 K over a 90° irradiation angle and is rated at approximately 7.7 W. The unit measures 77 mm × 77 mm × 123.8 mm, uses Trigger Width or Trigger Controlled exposure, and is IP67 when the lens, cap and cable are fitted correctly.

MV-CT2MG0120/G has the same 4096 × 3000, 23.9 fps imaging core in a 42 mm × 42 mm × 43 mm C-mount body for separate optics. MV-CT2MG0050/G/16LC/WN keeps the integrated 16 mm lens and light but offers 2448 × 2048 at 59.2 fps. MV-CT2MG0200/R/16LC/WN increases resolution to 5472 × 3648 at 22.3 fps, using a rolling shutter rather than this model's global shutter.
