Fast colour capture in the CT range
Frame rate rather than pixel count defines MV-CT2CG0004/G. Its 1/2.9-inch Stacked BSI CMOS sensor exposes globally and reaches 200.5 fps at 720 × 540 in Bayer GB 8. Large 6.9 µm pixels, colour output and a Gigabit Ethernet link make this 0.4 MP camera a high-cadence imaging head for compact regions of interest.
The format suits colour presence checks, rapid part classification and orientation monitoring when the required feature fits within 720 × 540. A 23 µs minimum exposure and global shutter support fast transport, while Trigger Width and Trigger Controlled modes connect acquisition to machine timing. PoE reduces the imaging connection to one cable, and correct assembly provides IP67 sealing.
MV-CT2CG0016/G increases sampling to 1440 × 1080 while retaining 180 fps and the same 1/2.9-inch format. MV-CT2MG0004/G matches 720 × 540 and 200.5 fps but records monochrome output. Where a directly connected host is preferred, MV-CT2CU0032/G supplies 2048 × 1536 colour through USB 3.0 at 104.8 fps.
